What is union?

A person like you and me going to work everyday with the belief that everyone will be treated equal. But in reality some people will be treated more equal than the other. So you want to raise your voice, determined to be heard, you shouted. Not for a moment shout become a voice, a voice become a static. This will often result discontentment and even frustration. Going to work may become a drag.

Therefore government passed legislation to allow setting up union to perform in a perimeter to provide protection for union workers. Now our voice will be heard, because it is a voice of hundreds. YOU will not be ignored. Your voice will help yourself and your fellow members. Going to work may now become fun again.

It is important to have communication with the Employer through a proper channel, a channel with equal footing. When our benefit, safety and rights are protected we will perform better and we will once again be proud to announce we are part of a great company.

Why should you join

When you see someone get maltreatment in the newspaper you may sigh and feel sorry for the victim. If this victim is your friend or someone dear to you, you may feel angry. What can you do?

May I tell you if this someone is your fellow member, a person who spent hours toiling with you in the air serving up meals and beverages within an insufficient span of time, you now may help him/her. Join us let our voice be stronger and most important be heard. May god forbid, this someone may be you one day.
